Alexis Carmona has an explorers heart. A free spirit, if you will. She obtained her brokers license after 9 years of being a Top Producing Realtor. She has sold over 100 million in real estate transactions over the past 10 years. What she was hoping to find in the marketplace as a place she would like to work, did not exist so she said “why not build it?” She decided to open a real estate brokerage so she could explore the industry, and her life, by combining all of her passions into one and she could practice in peace, with a high moral standard at a pace and style she preferred. She was following her heart to her higher purpose and felt it was time to take the leap of faith.

She believes that everything happens for a reason when it comes to a home purchase, (and life) and what is meant for you will be for you. It helps ease the stress for her clients during the process of selling and purchasing. So far, that fact remains true for her and her clients.

Alexis is very good with pricing and negotiating. She spent many years coaching and teaching new agents on purchase strategy, and listing strategy, She ran one of the largest brokerages in Michigan’s Listing Department and carried many of her own averaging 12-17million a year in just listings. She understands both sides of the transaction very well- mentally and emotionally. This helps her get her clients what they need. Ultimately she is well versed in how to practice, hiring, expansion, training, coaching, social events and social media.

Career highlights include being a Member of MREM, Women’s Council, and featured agent in Real Producers of Michigan, and Top Agent in the Detroit Hour Magazine consecutively through her time being a realtor.

When Alexis is not with her clients, she is most likely on a hike with her dog and husband, shooting photography, or kayaking. She likes to be outside, and experiencing new things. Her and her best friend Bianca bought matching Jeep wranglers to explore together. She likes to draw and paint, meditate, go to the gym, read and bird watch. She played soccer the majority of her life and loves sports! Ask her where to eat and she can help with that too because she loves food. She comes from a large family and totally understands what is is like to have 5 siblings and needing the right house. Her dog Sonny and her Husband Ruben are her best buds and they are usually all exploring together. Traveling is always on her radar when she can make it happen.

Alexis is looking forward to what Den can do for the community, and for her clients. She is grateful for everything life has brought her way and is hoping to make an impact and spread her positive energy throughout the industry.
